About school
Aerial Dance Studio exists since 2009. It’s ran by Magdalena Sztencel – a semi-finalist of Poland’s Got Talent!!!
Aerial Dance Studio is a meeting place for people connected by a passion for aerial dance, people looking for a unique atmosphere for training with others, mutual help and a possibility to share experiences.
Instructors
Our instructors are a team of experienced, ambitious people who are very satisfied with sharing their knowledge and skills with you. They have contantly take part in various productions, shows and performances.
Magdalena Sztencel
The founder of the school, has many years of stage and teaching experience in the field of aerial arts. In our studio she constantly conducts aerial silks and hoop classes. I summer time she gives classes in all techniques.
Karolina Midura
Specializes in silks, she has a huge range of ideas how to teach the youngest to fly in the air by playing. She has been associated with ADS since 2014.
Agnieszka Żukowska
A trainer who completed the instructor course under the watchful eye of Magdalena Sztencel. She believes that the devil is in the details, which is why she places great emphasis on proper preparation for training.
Iwona Drzymała
She has over 3 years of experience in conducting aerial dance classes. She attaches great importance to strength exercises, which, as a consequence, make people more conscious of their moves and makes elements more fluid.
Aleksandra Wiśniewska
She specializes in dance with various apparatus, including silks, aerial hoop, static trapeze, and the demanding art of contortion. Aerial is her enduring passion, one she constantly develops and is eager to share with others.
Patrycja Melnicka
She has been training since the age of 10. She believes that learning and fun are the best ways to acquire new skills. At ADS Club, she teaches aerial silk classes.
Zuzanna Pietrzak
She has been head over heels in love with aerial arts since a young age. After years of training at ADS, she wanted to become like her trainers. She completed the Instructor Course with Magdalena Sztencel to share her passion with others. Her specialties are aerial silks and aerial hammocks.
Marek Olszak
Marek Olszak, a physiotherapy student at the Warsaw University of Physical Education (AWF), personal trainer and yoga instructor, specializes in static trapeze training at Aerial Dance Studio. He places particular emphasis on proper physical preparation of students and mastering the basics, ensuring that aerial fun is both safe and rewarding for everyone.
Mariola Drzewek
Instructor in Aerial Dance Studio since 2017. She started her adventure with silks in 2014.
Props
All-year classes in our school include such props as: hammock, silks, aerial hoop and static trapeze. We also conduct cyclic workshops with rope, dance trapeze, swing pole, aerial net or vertical dance (wall running).
