Static trapeze

Trapeze is a bar hanging on two ropes, in exercises resembling a gymnastic bar. It gives the possibility of spectacular presentation of both strength and flexibility. Trainings begin with exercises strengthening specific muscle parts, preparing the body to work with the prop. Initially, these are more static elements, and as we develop awareness of our movements, we move on to more energetic or dynamic exercises. Static trapeze is a very attractive prop also for men, due to the work of the whole body and active building of muscle strength. Trapeze can be used to work in duets, where apart from the body, we also practice trust and cooperation in a couple.
