Marek Olszak

trapez statyczny

He began his aerial dance journey in 2019, training both in aerial silks and static trapeze, and over time expanded his skill set to include other disciplines such as aerial hoop and straps. What he values most in aerial dance training is the social aspect of the sport, where working in a group, he fosters a warm and positive atmosphere during classes. His training approach focuses on strength development, but for fans of flexibility and splits, he also offers numerous satisfying development opportunities. Training under the guidance of graduates from the Polish State Circus School and ADS trainers, he has gained the skills to lead aerial dance classes safely and effectively for both beginners and intermediate-level students. He enjoys drawing inspiration from other areas of his athletic interests, incorporating elements of yoga and calisthenics into his classes. His knowledge of human physiology and anatomy, gained through his physiotherapy studies and coaching courses, enables him to select appropriate progressions based on students’ skill levels. Despite working in a group setting, he values individual attention for each person attending the static trapeze classes.
