About school
Aerial Dance Studio exists since 2009. It’s ran by Magdalena Sztencel – a semi-finalist of Poland’s Got Talent!
Aerial Dance Studio is a meeting place for people connected by a passion for aerial dance, people looking for a unique atmosphere for training with others, mutual help and a possibility to share experiences.
Instructors
Our instructors are a team of experienced, ambitious people who are very satisfied with sharing their knowledge and skills with you. They have contantly take part in various productions, shows and performances.
Magdalena Sztencel
The founder of the school, has many years of stage and teaching experience in the field of aerial arts. In our studio she constantly conducts aerial silks and hoop classes. I summer time she gives classes in all techniques.
Karolina Midura
Specializes in silks, she has a huge range of ideas how to teach the youngest to fly in the air by playing. She has been associated with ADS since 2014.
Agnieszka Żukowska
Trenerka po kursie instruktorskim zdanym pod czujnym okiem Magdaleny Sztencel. Uważa, że diabeł tkwi w szczegółach dlatego dużą uwagę skupia na odpowiednim przygotowaniu do treningu.
Iwona Drzymała
She has over 3 years of experience in conducting aerial dance classes. She attaches great importance to strength exercises, which, as a consequence, make people more conscious of their moves and makes elements more fluid.
Aleksandra Wiśniewska
Specjalizuje się w tańcu na różnych rekwizytach, w tym na szarfach, kole cyrkowym, trapezie statycznym oraz w wymagającej sztuce wyginania ciała, znanej jako kontorsja. Aerial to jej nieprzemijająca pasja, którą nieustannie rozwija i z chęcią dzieli się z innymi.
Maciej Czarski
An alumnus of the Polish State School of Circus Art in the specialization of aerial gymnastics. At ADS, he teaches static trapeze.
Mariola Drzewek
The newest instructor in Aerial Dance Studio. She started her adventure with silks in 2014.
Props
All-year classes in our school include such props as: hammock, silks, aerial hoop and static trapeze. We also conduct cyclic workshops with rope, dance trapeze, swing pole, aerial net or vertical dance (wall running).
